As a compassionate counselor with 15 years of experience, I focus on tailoring my approach to each individual client and their specific needs. I operate primarily from a modern psychodynamic and trauma focused lens, while utilizing CBT and mindfulness techniques to reduce symptoms and make it easier to function in your daily life. I am a Christian counselor who is specifically trained in integrating faith and evidence-based counseling techniques in a way that is supportive and sensitive to your past experiences. I have extensive experience with complex PTSD, bipolar, and anxiety disorders. I also work with caregivers to provide support and resources. As a parent of children with special needs, I understand the unique challenges of advocacy and caregiving and can provide empathy and support for you, as well as for your adolescent or adult child. As a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), I work with adolescents and adults on the autism spectrum, along with their family members and caregivers. I also provide online therapeutic consultation services for families under the DD waiver through Restoration and Recreation LLC.
